Contribuiți la feedbackThe mojito was fantastic, while the martini was not to our liking. The bruschetta was outstanding and a highlight of the meal. The seafood broil came in an enormous portion and included clams, mussels, shrimp, crawfish, potatoes, chilis, and sausage in a sauce that was similar to gumbo but more liquid. It was my first time trying whole crawfish, which made for a unique experience. I ended up with plenty of leftovers for several days. While I enjoyed it, I probably won’t order it again due to the size of the portion. The blackened chicken pasta was delicious and very well-prepared. As for the dessert, we ordered macaroons but mistakenly thought they were macarons, which left us a bit disappointed (we would love to try macarons someday!). The chili marmalade that came with the macaroons was excellent. Overall, it was a good experience, though slightly pricey. Despite the issues with the service, the staff was very sweet. I would definitely consider coming back!
Our server seemed quite annoyed that we were there, and he made sure to let us know he had several other tables to attend to, implying he would be slow in taking care of us. His attitude came across as downright rude. When he finally came to take our drink orders, he bluntly asked, “Do you want cheap alcohol or expensive alcohol?” I found that incredibly disrespectful. Why not simply refer to it as bottom shelf or top shelf? After a considerable wait, he returned with our drinks but then walked away again. Eventually, he came back and asked if we wanted to start with appetizers. I said no, as we were ready to order, but he informed us we would have to wait yet again before leaving the table. He did drop off some cornbread, which had good flavor but was quite dry. I opted for the house favorite, the pork chop, based on prior reviews, and this was the only highlight of the evening. The sauce was delicious, but there simply wasn’t enough of it. Our server eventually explained that he was the pastry chef, but despite his earlier rudeness, we decided to order the s’mores dessert. It was enjoyable but a bit too sweet for my taste. The best part of the night was the live music from The Copper Sonics; they were fantastic. I might consider giving this restaurant another shot, but only if we don’t end up with the same server, as the customer service was truly disappointing.
Nice little restaurant on the river walk. We had the Mojito and King Margarita, both were good drinks. The Bruschetta was delicious. For lunch we ordered the Duck Wings and the Bison short rib Bahn Mi.. The sandwich was great but the wings were not good. They had a nice flavor but were unfortunately very overcooked and not edible. Overall we would come back but probably just for a date night as it's a bit pricey and a more formal setting. Service was good, but not as formalas I expected for the price and ambiance.
Be cautious with your bill! We found a $10 cheesecake added that we didn't order. Interestingly, the table behind us had a similar unexpected charge. Both errors were fixed, but it felt a bit suspicious that 2 out of 5 tables experienced this issue during our visit. The food was tasty, and the service was also good, with a friendly server. I was pleased to see options like bison, venison, and boar on the menu. However, the duck legs and a cocktail we wanted to try were unavailable.
Excellent staff and food it was amazing! Will definitely be returning to wine and dine! Cant thank you guys enough, my steak was amazing all flavor and our waiter was so very respectful and informative the hostess was so nice and gave us a table right away even though they were very busy on a Friday night another restaurant turned our business away!
