Adam's Ribs - Pueblo West

Originally from the South, I have a deep appreciation for BBQ, and this place serves some of the best BBQ in Pueblo and beyond. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The ribs were incredible! The service was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. This has become my new favorite BBQ spot!

The food was great, but the staff truly stood out. Jordan was our server, and he was exceptionally pleasant. He entertained our little ones with endless jokes while we waited for our To-Go order. The BBQ sauce was delicious and had an amazing aroma. It paired perfectly with the Brisket fries. Overall, it’s a fantastic little spot for some quality BBQ.

We ordered chicken fried steak. Took it home because they don't offer mashed potatoes and gravy. We asked for more gravy and paid the $1.00 for it. Got home it was less than a tablespoon. They cfsteak was good. Just be careful when ordering.

Best place ever, very clean establishment. Great food and service is on point. I haven't waited very long to get my order everytime I've been here. Awesome owner/operator. Love this place and I do recommend Adams Ribs to everyone. Thanks bunches
