The Sunway Manor - Puducherry

Stay was good. Hotel Staff was very courteous polite. Breakfast spread was average. But WiFi service in the room was below average. Most of time I had to be on my data to work.

Being a 4 star hotel, the room carpet area offered is very less for superior rooms. Bathroom is very small. There was no bathroom kits kept (Dental kit, Bodywash etc) which should be kept invariably after paying so much for a day stay. No eatables were kept in the fridge( if it's chargeable not an issue but nothing was kept). No complementary breakfast. No Hand sanitizer. They are offering Swimming pool and Fitness centre complementary which is good.

Hotel stay was okay but there was nothing exceptional. Pool was maintained well, staff needs to improve proper guest hosting, Intercom mic wasn't working but was replaced later. Garden area was good. The property is near the highway so you need to travel a little bit if you want to go the happening places in town. The ambience of the place is okay, but the loction was the only downside for us.

I have visited this hotel multiple times in the past but during my recent visit last month I noticed that their service standards have dropped significantly. No one is bothered about customer experience. Even for the small basic requests multiple follow ups are required. Would never visit again .

The hotel lived up to expectations. the rooms are spacious enough and are very clean. the staff is very polite and helpful. the recipe works around the clock and tends to the needs of their customers. the morning buffet is exceptional. they have a swimming pool open between 8:00 a.m. and 20:00 a.m. the swimming pool is kept very clean.
