With only half of the tables occupied we thought the service will be quicker. But the service was SUPER SLOW. The server didn't get regular water, so we asked for paid water bottle and got it right away. A simple order took over an hour to prep. The server was standing free and literally hid from us behind the counter when we tried asking for order status. Most of the FOOD WAS UTTER TRASH. Chicken was good. Dal was sweet. Service is extremely slow. Lot of places serve wood fired pizza and they serve it pretty fast. Here it took more than 40 mins. Secondly getting the bill took another ten minutes. Apart from that prices are for premium good. I personally didn't find their pizza great. It was average. There are other places which serve lot better.
Great food and even better service with a great ambiance . The staff and extremely courteous and the pizza and paneer tikka was amazing. A must visit place when in Pondicherry
It was a great experience. Amazing food , ambience and staff. Place was very nice and peaceful. Definitely recommend all to visit.
Disclaimer: my review is not about food as I couldn’t have any. As soon as I entered the restaurant at 10:25pm , got negative vibes from the server.(bald guy) . The place was totally empty. I was told that we have to finish by 11pm, to which I said ok. I placed an order for beef steak , beef pepper fry and told the server to place that order and come back till we could choose something else. the server started grumbling that we have to place all order together. I had already told him that we will move out at 11. Also he said that Beef Steak is only available in well done, ha ha ha . I didn’t want a favour from the server , hence I walked out.
