Starbucks (ioi Mall) - Puchong

I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato with caramel drizzled on the bottom. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was quick.

The atmosphere was wonderful. The coffee had a perfect balance of sweetness. I opted for my usual, the Iced Caramel Macchiato. However, the cafe was a bit cramped with limited seating. The service overall was satisfactory, although there were not many dessert options available.

Staff and Worker very helpful and polite. Recommended.

I ordered a Smoke Butterscotch Frappe with caramel on top, but initially, it was too sweet for my liking. The barista noticed and asked me about it, then kindly remade it for me. She was a very skilled and friendly barista with a warm heart.

Very limited space. A bit discomfort if packed. Maybe now still consider festival period, so only have 2 staff in this noon session, which cause slow on order delivery.
