Contribuiți la feedbackI was really impressed with their fried chicken, every piece is big in size, more like a quarter chicken. Must go for their onion rings, the best I tasted so far, cheaper if it is an add on to main meal. What is lacking is serving staff at the cashier, that's only one staff serving customers, he needs to take orders and pack food at the same time. Therefore, even no many in the queue, but will take awhile.
The latest oishii Japan series is not that nice, the consistency of the sauce does not really stick to the burger patty/ fried chicken.
Cashier: Sonia. Bertugas 20th march at 6pm. I asked for milo with less ice. She nodded. But didnt tell her colleague who scooped the ice full into my cup and fill in with my drink. When i politely insisted on wanting less ice in front of sonia (who doesn't bother to take my note on the drink) , sonia's collegue then LITERALLY SCOOPED out few ice cubes directly from the drink and serve it back to me with 2/3 drink left. Right before my eyes. Such a bad attitude. Staff tak ada customer training ke? Food was average.
I ordered a MB Italian box meal thru FP, but there are 2 missing items when I received it from rider. MB staff should double check the order first on whether it’s complete or not before passing to delivery rider, so i’m gonna give 1 star bad rating. No complete SOP in their restaurant
In this such of weekend ,cashier only open 1 counter which is really slow.
