The Rice King - Provo

This place is surprisingly delicious and affordable. It has the most traditional cookie cutter American Chinese restaurant offers in the combinations you expect from these types of restaurants. The service is not great and the toilets are something... scary, but this family-run business is a good bite in little provo.

It's a funny mom and pop restaurant. This means that the service can be somewhat longer than a chain, or a large restaurant because it is a smaller staff number to do with the same number of jobs. You really took care of us. I always had a lot to drink and the prices were very reasonable. I loved her Kung Pow Chicken!

This is a pretty darn good spot for Chinese food. Their lunch specials are hard to beat. No frills, just great food. Their egg drop soup is to die for. Other than that, everything is worth trying. You don't get a lot if meat with many of the entrees, choos carefully.

If you read this, let me give a background: I am Peruvian, so I have some ideas about really good food) I came here at 11:40 and went through me. The rice is good and the chicken was a little sharp, not really my taste). However the honey walnut shrimps. Make yourself a favor and if this is your first time in here, order it. It is really good and the price was decent, not too cheap to be a stealing and not too expensive to be a tear. Service was also fine, but consider that I came in the morning. The place is comfortable enough, nothing really too beautiful, but good to come with your family and eat. I give this place a 5/5 because the food was fresh and tasty, place was comfortable and service was good. And the price is only on point.

For the price it is difficult to find something so delicious in such generous proportions in the city. GET THE VEGETARIAN MENU everything is done instead of soy protein and it is delicious. Kung pow soy Chicken and Mongolian Beef are my favorites so far! The place is not chic in the look department, but who cares. But please do not be surprised about the actual prices apparently their menu prices are from the date.
