Subway - Provo

Got helped by Nate one of the employees today. This man definitely deserves a raise! Everytime I go in he's super friendly and working hard! Does the work of two employees because the other employee's I know cuz I see it!The woman there was basically walking around in circles not sure what to do, when customers are staring at her waiting to get veggies. She was also the slowest moving person I've probably seen in my life. It took them 10 minutes to take care of 3 customers.Would've been longer if it wasn't for Nate.Give that man a raise! The amount of patients and hard work I see in him is outstanding! That's a hard worker you don't want to lose!

Why have a drive through if you don’t actually use it. Had to sit there for 10 minutes with nobody helping me so I decided to go inside to find there was 1 person in there almost done with his food so being busy wasn’t the problem. There was 2 people working one of them had headphones in and when I went inside I was just stared at for a little bit before anyone even said anything. The one guy had a headphone in which I’m pretty sure isn’t food safe. And the other lady working didn’t really do much either.

This location is incredibly gross and dirty. There was dried mud footprints all over the floor. Not a clean table to be found, even though we were the only ones there. The radio was very staticky to the point it was giving me a headache. Overall the new menu is not great.
