Pizza Hut - Provo

I ordered pizza last night, said it would be delivered in 25—35 minutes. Online it said “on its way” 2 hrs later nothing, and still haven’t gotten it. It’s a brand new day and still no pizza. Didn’t get a call or anything. I called, place was closed. Will never order pizza from this place again.

We ordered and waited 4 hours. We kept calling to see where the order was and kept getting disconnected. We drove over to the store to talk to someone in person only to find out the store was closed today. Nothing online told us the store was closed and still let us place our order with a “30 minute” delivery time. Or order was processed and card was charged.

I love Pizza Hut pizza. However, this particular location doesn't have delivery drivers and rely on Door Dash to make their deliveries. With that being said, it took over 2 hours for a driver to accept my order for delivery. The employees did do their best to keep it as fresh as possible, and I do not believe they have a way of knowing when the driver will accept, in order to prepare the order in timing with delivery. Don't bother trying to call this pos number. They don't answer and it just keeps hanging up on you if you call back!

Highly suggest ordering from somewhere else. Ordered pizza at 6pm on a Sunday, had a 30 min delivery time. An hour and a half later had to call and see what was going on with the order, didn’t have a delivery drive so didn’t make the pizza. Truly not worth your time to order from a poorly ran store.
