Starbucks - Proviso Township

The store Is a wreck we waited for over 20 Min and did not get served and they wouldn’t even provide water

Was here on a weekday afternoon, not busy at all. They were only accepting mobile orders so I ordered and waited with one other person for 10 mins before getting the notification that my drink was ready. Walk up and they see me in the window but ignore me for another 5. They gave me a bogus frap that was leaking all over the cup and hardly had any flavoring in it, tasted like ice. She also finally gave to the window and just hands it to me with a blank stare and says nothing.
