They have great juices and nice soft serves. Nice spot if you want something healthier

The vegan taco is really really good. Romain lettuce, walnut and sun-dried tomato taco “meat”, garlicky cashew cream, avocado, lots of cherry tomatoes. With a side salad. Only $11 and worth every penny. I eat vegan food all over the world and I’ve never had anything quite like this. Also the soft serve is excellent. A different flavor every day. All of them good. Just three ingredients. Coconut milk, beet sugar, flavoring. Today was chocolate so the flavoring was cacao powder. Updated from previous review on 2021-05-22

The chocolate soft serve (coconut based) was incredible and didn’t taste at all like coconut! It was probably the best soft serve I have ever had! One weird thing to note is that it looks like it serves chicken and dairy cheese.

Actually, I'm usually not in health food. However, the smoothies at Grab 'n Go are amazing. My favorites are Date Night and Chocolate Muscles. And no joke both are nutritious and tasty. Skip the ice and give yourself a real treat. Enjoy!
