Chef Joseph was simply excellent He came out talking to us, explained how he would cook our selected meal and manage food by himself Recommend to Celiac community
Nope. Not for lunch anyway. Chef Joseph must only be for the dinner crowd. We were told there was virtually nothing we could have except salad. Things we asked about we were told yes, then when we asked follow-up questions (like sharing a fryer) the server then said no. Paid $20 for Cokes and left.
Chef Joseph did a phenomenal job of 1) ensuring all dietary needs (celiac food allergies) would be addressed when we spoke in advance of our trip and 2) stocking the kitchen with all items to accommodate. For instance, he purchased dairy-free mayo for us so that my son could have spicy aioli with the sushi rolls. Chef always stocks GF soy/tamari but importantly, my son was thrilled finally be able to order tempura sushi given the GF panko and separate fryer. I can't say enough about the experience. Though the table service was fine (well-meaning wait staff but not amazing) the setting is excellent.
