Blt Steak At The Ritz-carlton Turks And Caicos

The service provided by the waitress was very poor. I had to ask for more water and butter three times before she finally brought them. Only three out of the four meals were served initially, and the fourth meal arrived 10 minutes later, accompanied by a rather unusual sauce. I found myself repeatedly asking for the items before they were finally delivered. Unfortunately, three out of the four of us ended up having a strange reaction to something we ate. I would rate this experience one star, if that.

Our server, Brand Abalos, made our entire evening exceptional. His service was outstanding, and he was always attentive to our needs. The braided short rib is a dish you absolutely must try!

The service was polite, but the food left much to be desired. The $89 ribeye was bland and tough, almost like chewing on leather. Additionally, the doors were left open, allowing mosquitoes to swarm in.

My wife and I went for my birthday, and our anniversary. The food was amazing and so was the experience. We will definitely go back.

Perfect…. But better! Julian was our server. What a great guy and a great night!
