Wendy's - Providence

Weekdays, this Wendy's runs smooth and fresh. Friendly people. Especially at the window, it is a great interaction every time I go for lunch. I went on the weekend and at dinner a few times. It's a different crew. Different experience. Slow, sloppy and no interaction. Food is sub par during those visits. I only go on weekday lunches now. I only walked in once on a weekday. Different experience altogether. Though there were people assigned to in house ordering at the register, they ran off and acted lost when I approached. It was obvious they wanted me to punch in my own order at the kiosk in store. Well, I don't work there. I stood at the counter until they realized I wasn't leaving, and after about 2 minutes, a seemingly bothered worker came over and took my order. I have a job myself and my clients don't pay me so they can do the work. So I expect the same. Weekday crew is fire at the drive through and on the line though.

$31.94 for two meals. Two large fries that tasted like they were sitting out for a couple hours.. Two large Cokes with NO ice, Two baconators, Hope you like lukewarm cause that was everything we got. $31.94... 6/12/2023 11:35pm. Really wanted a frosty too but because they didn't have any ice, we couldn't get one.

Ordered small chili and baked potatoe with sour cream and chives , extra sour cream. Got chili with no meat and no sour cream at all yeah got to love the drive through . Both Luke warm and no cars in front of me!!!Food: 2/5
