The dinner menu is just as impressive, currently featuring a delectable Penne Aglio e Olio with snow peas, along with various options for customization, such as scallops and shrimp. For those seeking lighter fare, there are quesadillas and black bean burgers, as well as heartier choices for meat enthusiasts. On Wednesdays, they offer a Prix Fixe menu that allows guests to select from a variety of specials. Though my lunch experiences have been a bit inconsistent, I can always expect excellent brunch and dinner options. One unique feature I appreciate is their serving of Voss water, which is hard to find in Providence. I'm a fan of any drink in a glass bottle, and Voss is exceptional—particularly their sparkling water, which is perfectly balanced. Another highlight from the menu is the blackened salmon fillet, accompanied by a fantastic salsa, and they occasionally offer an unforgettable tuna steak sandwich. Their dessert selection is delightful and pairs well with any meal, complemented by a respectable wine list for a restaurant of its size. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu, and it's great to see one of the owners working behind the bar. I truly love Oak; it has become one of my favorite dining spots, and I find myself eating there twice a week.
