Delicious home-cooked style. I found this little gem of a restaurant hidden away on the Eastside. Always fresh, always delicious!

Food is pretty good but my order is always messed up. I stopped ordering because I was wasting money on food that didn apos;t make it into to the bag. Bums me out because I love the breakfast Egg Cheese Sandwich . I always got a handwritten order slip attached to the food that only had part of my order on it so I think it apos;s human error, but to keep happening over and over again isn apos;t cool. Out of 16 orders, my order was correct only 1 time.

I typically like getting breakfast from Louis, but today they forgot to include my bacon. While mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of an apology or attempt to fix the situation when I called the restaurant. Instead, I was told to contact Doordash for a refund. I felt let down by the lack of customer service. I think next time I will give another restaurant a try.

The homefries lacked flavor and were unappetizing. The coffee tasted burnt and there was no cream or sugar provided on the side. The bacon seemed old and reheated. Overall, the dining experience was unpleasant.

The pancakes and potatoes at this restaurant are consistently amazing. They have been a favorite for more than ten years. I absolutely adore this place.
