Francesco's Pizzeria - Providence

I tried Francesco's for the first time on a Friday afternoon around noon. It’s a pickup-only spot, so it was quick and easy to get in and out. The staff were incredibly friendly. I ordered the meat lovers pizza, minus the meatball, and overall, I thought it was quite good. There were a decent amount of toppings, and everything was cooked well. It had a nice flavor without being overly greasy. The housemade sauce was enjoyable as well. The crust had a nice crunch along the edges, although the pizza had some flop, it was still manageable. The undercarriage was impressive, and the cheese was good, contributing to the overall taste. I added some parmesan and red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Overall, it was a satisfying pizza experience with great service from the friendly staff. I’d rate the pizza a Google 4, and give it a score of 7.1 out of 10.

The pizza here is outstanding, crafted with high-quality ingredients. The food is truly exceptional. The staff deserves a perfect score as well—10/10! They are very friendly and personable.

The calzone wasn't fully cooked, and I won't be ordering it again. Raw dough is unacceptable.

I visited another spot in the rifoodfights pizza showdown, and I had been eager to try this place for a while. I'm really glad I did! I ordered the General Tso's slice and I was intrigued by the combination. I will definitely come back here, especially since they offer homemade cookies—I had to get some! I can't wait to return for more pizza next time!
