Dunkin' - Providence

The service was excellent, but the circumstances were quite poor.

I waited around 8 minutes in line with just two cars ahead of us, but the second car still hadn't received their order by the time we decided to leave. It seems like the night shift at these places can be really disappointing sometimes.

I experienced poor customer service during my visit. I waited over 5 minutes for a coffee, and when I arrived at the counter, it still wasn’t ready. When I inquired about it, my request was disregarded. When they finally served me the coffee, it was the wrong size.

Best Dunkin ever!!! The service is outstanding so friendly and the coffee is good and strong not watery like so many other Dunks. There are other Dunkins closer to my house, but I always go here if I can.

I asked for a vanilla chai and they gave me some disgusting beverage, then we realized the milk was ruined because it tasted funny and my husband asked for a regular cream and sugar and he got a nasty unsweeted cofee. If i got sick because of that ruined milk we are going to sue this franchise. They do NOT worry about the customer and give a good service they bust worry about money. Disgusting place!!!
