Dunkin' - Providence

The ovens weren’t open and they was telling me to go to a different Dunkin

Will never come back... The service was fast but NOT friendly. The guy working seemed very grumpy and did not want to talk to us. I said hi and thank you and he ignored me both times. Maybe he was having a bad day but it was rude nonetheless, and I felt uncomfortable. I ordered an iced matcha latte; Dunkin ' always has good prices for the serving size. The medium came in a large cup, and it was inexpensive as always. However, my first sip into it, I got a large clump of matcha powder. The bottom of the cup was an accumulation of the matcha powder; it was not mixed at all. The taste was still not bad, but I really will not come back again. The ambiance inside was a bit stiff, as the staff seemed annoyed. I do not want to risk choking on matcha powder, so I 'll get my matcha elsewhere. Please, just get your latte somewhere else.

I was leaving the Theater a few blocks away and I got a craving for some donuts. This is a small location and unfortunately it is frequented by many people that look homeless and that linger and loiter.I got my sweets, and the girl behind the counter was quick and nice...Not a lot of parking around here unless you pay to park.

Good, quick service. Friendly staff and I’d say an above average Dunkin location
