Dunkin' - Providence

This service was the most terrible service at the drive thru. The two ladies on the headsets we're about to take our large water rudely interrupted the driver who is giving the order of us six people in the van. Asked him what he would like then immediately screams in a very rude voice just wait a minute!! Another person on the headset at the same time said could you wait a minute huhh! So we put our very large order in which came to a good amount. Now we could have pulled up in six different cars or went in and ordered six different orders and made that job even worse but that wasn't the case we weren't rude the driver our friend was very kind to them even after the fact. Pulled up to the window and told hey lady with curly hair very young somebody screamed at him it was during ordering her face turning red and said I didn't take your order no apologies though it was not her that did it she should have gotten the manager. She was confused as to what was ordered gave him the wrong bag all coffees piled on a tray that was overloaded he asked for them separately she begin to get upset also. If these people do not like that job quit if these little girls think that they are gold find another job with your rude attitudes because we do not need $4 cups of coffee $5 drinks we could simply go to Cumberland farms for a dollar or make them at home. You called and hang up once they hear you're complaint I'm calling district and the other people have a right to complain as well everyone in the car was I'm disgusted at the African American and Spanish girl that were giggling and laughing over the fact that they acted like that to him playing around poking each other with a huge line of cars behind us leaving one girl to work by herself please really really disgusts me and started my day on a really sour note! I GUESS THE BEST PART OF WAKING UP IS FOLGERS IN YOUR CUP!!

Forget all these other reviews, maybe it was a different staff at those times. The ladies at this Dunkin are the best. They're always smiling and laughing! I've been here about four times in the past few months and they always get my order right. Very speedy and efficient.

Bad service and giving a wrong order ! , don’t waste your money!

Avoid it this location all cost! A homeless lady walked up to the drive thru to pick up coins and the worker, instead of kindly telling her to leave, began chatting with her. Wish I had taken pic/video of it. I left the line.

They could never get my order right I went there 2 days in a row 1 of my coffe I was made wrong for both days I repeat it twice still
