What a refreshing visit to a Chelo's! If you have read my previous reviews you would think I am a Chelo's hater but I can prove I'm not! I went to dinner

Oh Chelo's, how we love your takeout! When my boyfriend and I don't feel like cooking and crave a good burger we always order Chelo's.

Service was just okay Wasn't offered condiments napkins or strawsMy margarita was extremely sweet little to no lq.

We do not live in Rhode Island and had never heard of Chelo's before but after reading all the positive reviews we decided to give it a try. We went to Chelo's on Saturday at 5:00 PM, there were 17 people in our party. We were seated in a private room that was very clean and inviting. Our server, Reagan, was exceptional! She was pleasant, professional, attentive and efficient! This young woman handled our large party like a Pro! The appetizer samplers were very good as was everyone's meals. The portions were large and the temperature of each meal was perfect. Kudos to the entire team at Chelo's in Providence! The Manager, Joe, has a great team of people who are laser focused on providing exceptional customer service. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and a special thanks to Reagan for a job well done!

Laid back, relaxing atmosphere with friendly employees, exceptional serving staff and great food! I rate it a 4 out of 5.
