Reviews are misleading. the number of positive reviews for this restaurant has caught me. as a long time in the neighbourhood, I cannot remember talking to a person who would really recommend the place. my own experiences are regrettable. small portions, glands and crunchy curry, muddy meat, bad atmosphere. are just some of the troubles that come in the senses. as someone who eats and cooks a lot of Thai and Vietnamese, I refuse to believe that the main difference between these kitchens and cambodian is quality. the price is also not tempting. the average escape costs about $14, which makes it $9 more expensive than the $5 take-out it resembles. The chef modified several of the menu items to make them vegetarian, substituting water for clear broth in the spicy and sour tom yum soup and eliminating fish sauce from the Angkorian-style fried rice. Everything that I sampled was made to order with the freshest ingredients. The dishes evidenced refinement and attention to detail.

Wow.... All I can say is 'perfect '. This warm and welcoming little Cambodian place is built inside a renovated house along Wickenden 's restaurant row. Prices are ridiculously low, the staff is gracious and quick, and the atmosphere is romantic. They have these cute tiny spring rolls that are an absolutely MUST to get thin and crispy and delicious. Everything we 've gotten here has been top quality.
