Kung Fu Tea - Prosper

Just ordered 30% sugar ginger tea. They have put so much sugar that it's non drinkable. Going to throw it. Wasted my money on this place.

Slightly disappointed with this location, i always love coming here and tonight i went to stop by because my sister was CRAVING boba. We stopped by 5-10 minutes before closing, we get there and the door was locked. I completely understand wanting to leave early but if your hours state you’re still open shouldn’t you be? It was only going to be one drink and there were 2 employees behind the register and 2 in the front area i don’t know if the people up front were employees or friends of the employees. I wasn’t the only person wanting to get boba at this time. Another person had walked up before me and by the time I went up there the employees up front looked like they were laughing at the person trying to get in. If your hours show you are still open you should still respect that and the customers coming by and not just stare and laugh at them

My family and I are regulars at this establishment, visiting weekly and making good use of the frequent user app. The management are familiar faces to us, and we've always enjoyed prompt service, usually within 5-10 minutes, even during peak times. Our kids adore this place, and it's been a reliable spot for a quick, enjoyable visit.However, on a recent Sunday visit, the experience was unusually off-pace. With only two staff members, presumably college or high school students who we'd never seen before, the service was noticeably slower. As we settled in for some games, it became quickly evident that other customers were also experiencing extreme delays, with a growing number of unattended cups on the counter. Despite the wait extending to nearly 45 minutes (for drinks!? , the staff on duty seemed to prioritize delivery orders, leaving dine-in customers waiting and waiting...Despite this, I believe (and hope... this incident isn't the norm for this establishment, known for its usual excellent and swift service. I'm sharing this feedback not as a critique but as constructive insight for the management to ensure continued great experiences in the future. I trust this was an isolated incident and look forward to our next visit.Tip: I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and does what's necessary to ensure it doesn't happen for customers again. I had a great time here, ordered the Oreo Slush and it was yummy, I would definitely for the smaller size next time though. Was helped by Mary and she found me a drink that I really loved and was super positive. Will definitely be back!
