All right, the dishes are excellent, just like the wines (corses of course) and the welcome, but it would be a mistake not to order the cheese plate. Seven to 8 goat/brebis cheeses all very good and yet so different, allowing also to illustrate the diversity of this country.
Our day trip took us to Parenti in Propriano. Nice setting, sea view and mountains, beautiful table in terrace, everything is fine. Americano well served with its amuse-bouches, followed by a small fish soup, then a beautiful lobster. Coffee and mignardises (uninteresting), but superb Suzette pancakes for the final bouquet. We ate very well, pleasant and smiling staff. As for the pictures we forgot to take them on the arrival of the dishes, so you'll have to settle the remains...
Lobster of the Gulf of Propriano more than 2 kg for 3 people. Excellent! Very well presented. With a small risotto for the clamps, served after the tail and the plastron. Small mouths and mignardises from the boss. Very good chocolate dessert. Quite complex with a beautiful set of textures. Real liqueur of myrtle offered by the boss.
