My man and I were here today for the first and last time. the girl made my protein dish, no problem. kayla has skipped what she could fix for my man and help the girl behind him so she could talk to her about her upcoming holiday. I pushed my bowl away so she could finish the girl sandwich and she was out. while my man has not been waiting. I said what was quite rude I thought it would be 1. come first serve. I was totally ignored. will not be back

I've been eating Subway for 20 years and this is was absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had!! I'd rather eat a bologna sandwich at home today!! Didn't have the bread that I want, the bread that I did pick was not fluffy and airy like it should be!! Entire staff was all high school kids!! They were okay but there's no pride in it so it translated to the sub. Doubt I'll be visiting this Subway for a while!!!!!!!

They over toasted on 3 visits now and told them i dont think ill keep visiting. for hard subs

I’m very upset and humiliated from the Proctorville store!! I placed an order a week ago and which they got totally wrong. And was promised the makeup. I then went into store and the Asst . Manager had told me they were out of steak and cheese sub at approximately half hour before they were supposed to close which was 9pm and also 2 men behind me that were wanting the same. That is very unprofessional and she had asked me if I would like to replace with anything else and that she would take care of the 2nd sub whenever I needed. I called back this evening and she said I was doing this twice a week. I am a working mother that has children and will NOT be humiliated because of a bad asst. manager. It is now taken care of thanks to another store. I will NEVER order from this store AGAIN.
