Mcdonald's - Prior Lake

They really need to adjust the carbonation level on their soda fountain. A large cup filled to the top with Mello yello renders a half inch of liquid in the bottom of the cup when the foam dies down. It takes 5 iterations of filling the cup, wait for the foam to go down and repeat to fill a large cup with beverage.Otherwise, the visit is ideal.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheel chair accessibility for parking, doorways and seating.

I normally go through the drive thru, and some days, it's fast. Some days, it's slow. I don't expect super service because it's fast food and it's young kids and their first job. What I do want is my food, correct, and that happens about 75% of the time. That's not great. I want hot fries, that's about 50% of the time. So my thought is that the try is not always there. I get it. Fast food was one of my first jobs, too, but I tried. I'm not saying it's all of them, just some. Might be a bad day who knows. Still, I'll go back for the food.

So this is fast food and not fine dinning, but still it is disappointing. I try to avoid this place, but I keep thinking that maybe this time it will be better, shame on me. I have to place my own order, process my payment, and fill my own pop all without an employee discount.I wonder when they are going to make us make our own food. I prefer going inside to hopefully get my order and maybe get fresh hot fries instead of cold fries that have been sitting in the tray for too long. The worst part of the whole experience is how gross the beverage station is. There are fruit flies swarming around almost every time and the station is always messy every time I go to this store. This store is always busy, I guess this doesn't seem to bother others as much as it does me.

Sat at the register to order, someone finally asked if they can help start to give them my order, oh no you have to order at the kiosk, sorry all I have is cash, then I'm told I have to order it at the kiosk then bring it up to them and then they will take my cash, that's makes as much sense as wiping before you poop, spent my money elsewhere!!!

Drive through, great hot food all the time here, nice people too!
