Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Prior Lake

After reading the one-star reviews for this restaurant, my family's experience is perfectly summed up. This place has become a joke in our household, with long wait times in the drive-thru causing us to make fun of those stuck there. We have experienced the same issues described by others: waits, incorrect orders, poorly made desserts, and unprofessional staff. Despite the convenient location, we are disappointed in the service and quality of the food. We have decided to make our own shakes at home from now on.

I ordered a Flame Thrower Basket, a cheeseburger, an extra order of fries, and a box of Dilly Bars. Instead, I received two Flame Thrower Baskets and had to ask for my fries. I'm allergic to onions and don't like BBQ or bacon, so this was disappointing. I understand they were busy, but spending $40 for this meal was completely unreasonable.
