After 30 minutes of waiting and my order being paid, I was informed at the end that the milkshakes were missing, it's really unprofessional and not nice at all

What a pity ! Very pleasant cuisine, the fries are impeccable. The Burgers all taste very good and the cuisine is superior to traditional fast food restaurants. BUT, the service is very disappointing; we are welcomed without hello or smile, we even wonder if we are not disturbing. The door remains wide open while all the customers are cold and keep their coats on. Speaking of cold, our burgers are lukewarm. The tables and the toilets are dirty and the best part, a waiter comes to our table to tell us that our tray is ready because we were not given a beep: so the guy comes out from behind the counter (I specify that he does not there are no customers or waiting) come up to us to show us the tray (rather than bringing it to us because that's how we've always done it and no exceptions), all without a smile and rather with annoyance because he had to move because he forgot to give us a pager Bad experience, we strongly advise against it unless you get delivered, the Uber guys know how to be nice at least. Vegetarian options: A mushroom burger for vegetarians.
