Domino's Pizza - Prineville

Ordered a pepperoni got mushrooms. Even told the dude my son wanted pepperoni after saying pepperoni. Fist time Ordering from this location cuz I just moved to the area. Gonna think twice before Ordered from them again.

I wish you could get it done the same way every time, but it never happens. The wings are great

Visiting my husband since he works out of town with our four children and ordered $40 worth of pizza. We picked up and left assuming we wouldn 't need to check for all our items. When we got back to our room we noticed we didn 't have the 5 sauces we ordered. We called and they had to look up our number to make sure we weren 't lying. About 10 minutes later we got a call back admitting the mistake and said they wouldn 't deliver unless I paid a $5.00 delivery fee (I understand. I didn 't ask them and wouldn 't expect them to) but I could drive back to pick them up or they could give me a credit for my next order. My kids already ate at this point and since we 're just visiting I don 't need a credit. I let them know this and the only response I received was okay. I could have ran there tomorrow and gotten money back but that wasn 't an option. I let them know that maybe they should double check to make sure this doesn 't happen with other orders and I was hit again with a rude okay one last time then disconnected. It was just sauce but the fact they were rude, acted as if it was my fault, and wouldn 't let the refund be an option blows me away. This store absolutely needs retrained on customer service.

Food was great very fast with order . They forgot the sauces and said we where to fare away for delivery of them . .5 miles away lesson learned check your order

Order was made perfectly and delivered on time. Delivery driver was awesome and very polite.
