Terrible! The food was mediocre but definitely not worth the price, one glass had lipstick on it and my glass of soda had a lemon seed in it, and we ordered
The glowing review of pizza at Harbor Bay was posted either by a shill or someone with very low standards for pizza.
Consistently awful service. Drinks on Sunday if we're desperate but this place sucks.
