The host came over and stated that the bigger booths were designated for parties of three or more with reservations, which we accepted. However, this turned out to be untrue, as they later seated two people at two of the larger booths. From that moment on, our server HEATHER completely ignored us. She walked past our table multiple times but never acknowledged us or provided any service. Fifteen minutes later, she finally sent her trainee to take our order, but after that, the menus and our empty appetizer plates remained on the table. We eventually had to ask someone to clear our table and take the menus away. The trainee was doing his best, but HEATHER wasn’t guiding him at all. As a former server, I typically tip over 20% since I understand that this is often their primary source of income. When I inquired about who would receive the tip, I was told it would go to HEATHER. I couldn’t justify this, as she offered no service to our table. For the first time ever, I left without leaving a tip. If HEATHER is considered one of their better servers, that’s a troubling sign. The food was mediocre for the price, and the service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant.

Visitors from the UK are consistently impressed by the delicious food, attentive service, and laid-back atmosphere. The steaks are particularly popular. Guests of all ages feel welcome here.

This is a very attractive restaurant, new and filled with warm colors, lots of wood and a fireplace. Pretty. Excellent hostess the night we were there, though our waitress was only fair. It's a very National Corporate kind of restaurant; lots of menu choices, mostly decent but nothing stellar. Thankfully, there is a full bar. Lots of free parking which is a treat for this L.A. gal.

Pre -Mother's day and theater dinner. Excellent burgers, but the main room is the height of a basketball arena and while, visually pleasing, we had to shout to each other at the table. Perhaps the booths are better. Great service on a busy Saturday night and wish we had more time to linger and have dessert. Otherwise, great place for groups and good energy. Get some baffles, the place is just too darn noisy.
