Lan Ramen - Princeton

The taste is decent, but the portion size is inadequate. It’s certainly not worth the price.

This is undoubtedly one of the most popular ramen spots in town. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, consistently wearing masks and upholding excellent hygiene practices. The open kitchen enhances the vibrant atmosphere. The food is authentic and arrives promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back. Food rating: 5/5.

Overall, it was just average. There wasn't much beef, and it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped. I also ordered extra oil.

I ordered the Taiwanese pork chop entree, but when it arrived, it only contained the pork chop and three pieces of broccoli. The pork chop was a bit cold, the crust was soggy, and it seemed like it had just been reheated. There was no rice served with it. We also got the Lan Ramen soup, which was just noodles, broth, and two pieces of meat—absolutely no garnishes at all. The total for these two items, along with the DoorDash service charge, came to $45. The service felt quite lacking, and overall, I thought it was very overpriced.

Everything I've had at this restaurant has been incredibly tasty.
