Contribuiți la feedbackThis is one of the best Indian restaurants in town. The food is flavorful, not watered down to cater American palate. So, be careful if you ask for too spicy food. In each occasions we liked the food. The place relies on lean operation. Suggestion for the management- please be more friendly to your customer. A little welcoming smile cost nothing.
The food is good. Its used to be a popular restaurant but now a days it seems like it lost its charm.. hardly anybody at the restaurant reply to owner: It was a Saturday that I came to your restaurant and I didn't mean it to sound in demeaning way. I want customers to be here and taste the food since its good so is your customer service. It used to be full during the weekends which i don't see it now a days (or when ever i visited). I want your restaurant to do good. Anybody reading this review do try the falooda with the ice cream scoop .. a treat to your taste buds..
For Princeton, this place is decent. Their food is authentic, and good. Their service is terrible; they run this place like a cafeteria or fast food restaurant, which is very unfitting for Indian food. The ambiance is very unappealing. The only reason we ever go here is because the food is actually good, and some of the best we've found in Princeton. (Unfortunately that isn't saying a lot, because we've been to far, far better restaurants all on the West Coast of course, but for what it's worth, the food is much better here than any other Indian restaurants in Princeton.
They have a reliable lunch buffet. Very reasonably priced. Usually it includes some green salad, a couple veggie options, and several chicken dishes as well as dessert. It's not high end, but it's good.
I have always enjoyed the food here. The buffet is limited but still offer a decent array of dishes. It is set up like a self serve buffet and the staff on hand are polite and helpful. Give this place a try, enjoy the food.
