Elite Five Sushi Grill - Princeton

This sushi is far from elite. The tuna in the rainbow roll was rotten. The spicy tuna roll was also inedible. We had to throw away $80 of sushi take out.

Yummy food! Owner is nice. Service can vary depending on how crowded it is. Freshest sushi around!

I recently had a terrible experience with this restaurant. My wife and I ordered sushi takeout and when the food arrived, the fish tasted off/rotten and it was overly warm. She couldn’t stomach anymore after eating 1 piece, while I ate several more given how hungry I was. We both ended up getting food poisoning, which was the first time I’ve ever gotten food poisoning eating sushi regularly for roughly 20 years. When I contacted the restaurant, not only did they not offer a refund, but they did not even apologize. They asked me what I ordered, saying they’d get back to me and then I never heard from them again. I would not recommend patronizing this establishment

Hands down, the best restaurant in Princeton! Wonderful Owner, great staff, truly spectacular food. Cannot rate this restaurant highly enough.

I had a fantastic sushi dinner at this restaurant. The waitstaff was just the right amount of attentive. The food was beautifully presented. One of my dining companions needed gluten-free options, and the staff were very helpful in guiding them through the menu. The sushi was incredibly fresh and properly cut. I’ll definitely come back the next time I’m in Princeton!
