Best BBQ ever. Brisket, ribs, chicken and cornbread. The brisket wears the best we have tried and the chicken and ribs wonderful

Stopped in here while visiting friends in Prince George, and had an enjoyable meal. The food was very good, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely go back on our next trip to PG.

Had the sampler plate and all the meats were delicious. I do a lot of BBQ at home and this is right up there with the best of mine

The Copper Pig was chosen by the Birthday teen as their desired location for dinner. It is clearly and unabashedly a meat lovers paradise. Portions are generous and seemed to live up to fellow diners expectations. Not being big meat eaters, my partner had a prawn dish and I had an interesting BBQ chicken salad. I couldn't finish it. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambience very pleasant, music unobtrusive, air conditioning just rightvThe Copper Pig and its owner enjoy great community support. Give it a try if you're a meat lover.

Excellent food, fabulous poutine. A great place to grab lunch if you're in the downtown/courthouse area
