Mr. Sushi - Prince George

The service at Mr. Sushi is outstanding and speedy, with a consistently friendly staff. However, it can sometimes be challenging to secure a table during peak hours. I struggle to dine at other sushi restaurants in the city without inevitably comparing them to Mr. Sushi. The cuisine is consistently fresh, expertly prepared, and boasts the best raw fish offerings I have experienced in Prince George.

I enjoy this small restaurant for its fresh food and great service. The atmosphere is minimal, similar to a convenience store. It's best to visit during warmer months as cold drafts come in every time a customer enters, due to the high volume of takeout orders. The sushi rolls are delicious and creative. The restaurant is located on Highway 97, about 10 km north of my favorite spot.

I highly recommend all the dishes at this restaurant as they are all delicious. In particular, the Veggie Dragon with Yam Flake on top is one of my favorites. The all-day boxes are also really good.

I love Sashimi and her sashimi always taste fresh. Many different sushi rolls, and Teriyaki beef is really delicious. their food is not too salty or oily. Love it so much, we always go there once a week.

I don't want to write this review because I'd prefer the secret not get out, but what the heck. Best sushi in town hands down. I travel to Prince George from Vancouver regularly for work and have tried them all. Their soups are fantastic and...the sushi compares to that of the big city on the water. Try it sometime.
