Smoothie King - Prince Frederick

I used the smoothie king app, and when I get to the store to pick up my smoothie. I am told that what I ordered isn't available. So I asked for a refund and was told they don't know how to do one and that there are others waiting for refunds also. What's the point in using the app and no one calls to tell you that your item isn't available to order. This is the 3rd time in 2 months and I still have not received my refunds at all. This place will no longer get my business.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Their website says that they are open. I go over to smoothie king and they are closed!! I called the place 2 times and there was no answer. I spent 10 dollars on a drink and I have no way to get a hold of them!!

I love the smoothies but the taste is never consistent. When the gentleman with the beard makes my smoothie it tastes like a completely different smoothie than when anyone else makes it. And not in a good way.

My smoothies are never made on time when ordering through the app, and they haven't tasted that good either.

Store was randomly closed in the middle of the day. The door was open and a person who said she works at another smoothie king was here just to say they’re not open. Very unprofessional.
