Dr Java's Coffee House - Prince Albert

Great spot for both food and coffee. Service was very humble and fast. We had aloha panini and town's best soup Broccoli Cheddar there, It was so tasty.

Stopped here on a warm day to grab an iced london fog. Had many menu options, and prices were better than expected. The drink was refreshing. Lots of seating space and tables available.

This has been my favourite place to eat for the last 7 years. However, the 4 times I’ve gone in the last few weeks have been disappointing. The display beverage cooler was a mess and you couldn’t even see what drinks were available. It was not nicely displayed and organized. The walls by our table had spilled food and drink on them. The tables were dirty. My chicken wild rice soup was cold and the rice was hard in the soup. The quesadilla was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The beef barley soup my partner had, had no meat in it. Very disappointed as it was my favourite lunch go-to spot. Hope they can fix it soon!

I had hoped things would improve over the years, but not so. The coffee is absolutely hit and miss. Usually very weak, flavourless coffee more often than not. Food is worth having, but if it's good coffee you want...look elsewhere.

Dr. Java never disappoints. They have the best dolcinis, the best coffee and some really great keto options. The staff is always so friendly, even during super busy lunch hours.
