The Hunters Lodge - Priddy

The restaurant is fantastic and full of character, truly a traditional spot to enjoy a beer. The captivating wallpaper gives it a fascinating, nostalgic feel that transports you back in time. Just a heads up, it's cash only! We weren't aware of this, but the owners were kind enough to allow us to enjoy our drinks while we got some cash. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would rate it 5/5!

This is the perfect traditional country pub. It's a cozy spot offering beer and apple wine straight from the barrel, with a selection that may be small but is incredibly high quality. The food is absolutely delicious and hearty. The warm welcome from the host is one of the best you’ll ever experience. If you’re nearby, be sure to give the Hunters' Lodge a try—you'll remember it for a long time!

A true time warp! The only things missing were modern touches, COVID screens, and the smell of cigarette smoke. It makes me wonder how Millennials would cope with the absence of a smoking ban. The last time the bar area was updated and decorated was probably in the 1960s, which now qualifies as retro by today’s standards. It seems the pub has remained within the same family over the years. While I didn’t receive the warmest greeting from the landlord, I believe that’s just his demeanor. The locals were friendly and engaged in conversation. There was a cozy open fire, and the food options were outstanding and very affordable. Pubs like this are rare these days, so it's wonderful to appreciate them while we can. Highly recommended!

So should be country pigs, an experience in his own before they even order a drink. do not expect the staff of the pleasing and funny bar not to happen and when they are seen on the phone, it is nailed to a piece 4x2. how refreshing, just talking, shot a d drink with friends
