Rhodies Smokin' BBQ - Prestonsburg

Brisket Trailboss was pretty good, probably a little to saucy but still good flavor. The bread they use has a good crunch and soft inside. The potato salad, I really liked with the bigger chucks of potatoes in it. Staff is professional and friendly.

The sauce is, I mean the sauce is just fantastically to drool for....if and I mean if you finna be in the neighborhood I-90 exit 22, left over the freeway, on the right next to the gas station. Pull Pork, that will put you in a freaken food Coma, get a designated driver after you eat anything from this joint. Guarantee to put all innocent bystanders to sleep. It's just that good. Been a good loyal customer ever since they was located in Northbend exit 34. gO, Go Go now and leave you're worries at the door! I love this BBQ JOINT. And I'm not talking bout the joints you blaze up!

Roadies Is delicious and I try to either recommend it , or take people that have never been. I love taking people that swear by other BBQ places to be their favorite, only for them to have a new favorite by the time were done.

It's a local gem. Great food, great service, great music. On top of that, the owners have deep ties to the community and generally donates to nonprofits like the local Rotary club. I love to support this establishment!

My group ordered three different meats: Chicken, ribs, and brisket. The chicken was dry. The ribs were also dry. I honestly couldn't tell if the brisket had been smoked or not. The brisket was served shredded and soaked in barbecue sauce. The texture and flavor of the brisket resembled that of a sloppy Joe.However, the service was friendly. My group complained about our brisket and got some ribs free of charge.Based on the service I wish I could recommend this place but I can't.
