Reno's Roadhouse - Prestonsburg

This place was a joke, the worst food, warm beer, bad service. Ugh.

They had great food, And I enjoyed working there everyone I worked with was very friendly!

The service was terrible and then to make matters worse, our waitress..Samantha...took it upon herself to give herself a $10 tip on my bill. That’s a thief in my book. It’s a good thing this place shut down.

Came out for an early birthday dinner with my mom today. You know going see some comedy and a good meal before is always the way to go. Renos of Prestonsburg really dropped the ball. We got our appetizer. All was good. Considering we put our order in with the app order you would figure it would be made after the app was brought out. Nah, not here. The table beside us came in after us. They got an app AND their food before we were told ours was just being made. Now, the waitress didnt know if anyone took ours or what. I informed the waitress I just wanted to pay for the drinks and app. Magically the food is plated and being put on a tray. I didn 't stay. This is beyond crazy. It wasn 't packed or super busy. Unacceptable. I could see if it was booming. But it wasn 't. I won 't be back.

Great food and service, restored my faith in this place.
