The customer service was outstanding. The crew trainer who assisted us was incredibly polite, took his time, and spoke naturally rather than sounding robotic. It's refreshing to feel like you're actually communicating with a real person when ordering takeout or dining out. Nowadays, it seems like most people interact with you as if they're on autopilot. Our food was served fresh and piping hot.

We ordered several different dishes tonight, and everything was delicious. We had a problem with the onion rings we ordered, so we called the restaurant. The manager, Kevin, was very accommodating and offered to replace them. He even delivered the fresh onion rings himself. That's what I call exceptional customer service! Thank you so much, Kevin.

Wow this store has lifted their game big time. Have you tried the fried chicken? So delish and sorry no photos as the food was so good. My faves: Fried Chicken and pineapple fritters. But all their menu is excellent, don't let me down Red Roosters. Our reviews can only help you if you give the services we say you give. Great work guys.

Two female members were helpful and even provided me table service which was excellent on them

The $5 lunch special is an outstanding value. I’ve always wondered why Red Rooster isn’t as popular as that other chicken chain, especially since Red Rooster provides better deals and more delicious food.
