St George's - Preston

At the restaurant in St. George’s, you wouldn't realize that it's part of a training program. The food, service, and value are all outstanding. I highly recommend it!

This is an outstanding restaurant that's very well managed. I fully support these students who are training to become the next generation of chefs, waitstaff, and more. The food quality is excellent, and the value for money is fantastic. I was so impressed that I want to come back once a week. Great job!

For a training restaurant, (Melbourne Polytechnic) I was amazed how great it was. Those students have been trained about proper restaurant etiquette so well! Wonderful!

I went to the annual Apprentice Dinner, my first time at the restaurant. The food, wine and service were both outstanding and I can 't say I noticed any particular difference from a normal restaurant.

Tastefully decorated, well spaced seating, good choice of drinks. The menu offers an adequate rang of choice particularly as it's a training restaurant. The students are under instruction and are doing their best.
