Jade City - Preston

Never had such a disgusting Chinese in all my life. Ordered crispy shredded beef and It was slimy and in a watery tasteless sauce. Utterly disgusting and inedible.

Tried here a few times and my only issue would be delivery times, sometimes early and the next a little later than expected FOOD is great better than a lot of other Chinese takeaways in Preston ,,

Do not buy from here!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FOOD NEVER ARRIVED! I paid £16.30 and ordered my meal 9:10pm with an expected time of arrival of 10:35pm-10:45pm. I called at 9:56pm, to check where the order was you still have to wait It was on the way 10:48pm, went outside twice 10:50pm and 10:57pm, still not there. After waiting for TWO HOURS, I called the restaurant again, it was CLOSED, said it would be open NEXT WEEK. After waiting for nearly 4hrs, the Food NEVER ARRIVED! Last time, I ordered here (nov 2020), they forgot my chow mein and called me a liar!!! Thought I would try again ang give them another chance but no, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a delivery on just eat we had travelled up from scotland on holiday and were staying in a hotel near by left notes to explain to the driver exactly what hotel we were staying in and that they didnt have good reception so we would be outside for him coming he arrived and walked up and down the street with my order before my husband had to approach him and ask if that was his order the driver was rude and told him it was not for him i then recieved a phone calling telling me he could not find me i explained that he had not even came in the car park and that my husband had already came out and he told him order wasnt for him i then had to get dressed and go out to find that he still refused to give my husband our food until i had went out to him was abso joke i have never seen this in all my days when we finally got our meal was cold and soggy couldnt even eat would acoid at all cost rotten place ive had to make a complaint

Absolutely delicious, fantastic service and great food. Love this place . Great night when we eat from Jade city when we have post pub munchies
