Costa Coffee - Preston

Standard costa coffee shop. However, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and would definitely pop in again.

Really love this Costa nikki is brilliant she is always so helpful and caring towards my children. We will visit this Costa regularly. Thank you nikki for looking after us.

Ordered a large vanilla latte, only to be given a plain latte, the helpful barista then added 3 shots of vanilla to make up for the error which resulted in a huge overload of sugar. Coffee gone to waste :

Dirty tables, dated furniture. Poor selection of food. Short-changed on the amount of coffee in cups/mugs, filthy toilets I could go on. I will not be be visiting again. And to cap it all, when I occasionally receive a survey form from Costa Head office, and I put a comment on to the effect that things are awful and if they would email me on xxxxxxxxx I could tell them what needs to be put right, what do I get ? Absolutely Zilch. So much for service.The fact that they don't respond clearly says that they don't care.

Witnessed hardworking young table clearer this morning when my friend Raj and I visited the store for morning coffee and toast. We asked him his name and he said Matthew. We promised to enter positive feedback here. He is a hard working credit to your store. Thanks Matthew!
