Papa John's Pizza - Prescott Valley

This location needs better overall attention to basic business tenets. We have had 2 separate orders that were undercooked and if you call the this location for order assistance they refer you to their app rather than answering questions related to specials etc. When ordering from the Prescott location near downtown they are very accommodating over the phone and I have not received any orders that were undercooked. I would be embarrassed to manage or own this location and would work diligently to improve the culture at this facility. The delivery people are great and are efficient.

Ordered 2 times yesterday and today, they are very friendly, fast service, and very helpful helping me pick out what to order. Not even that, the food was amazing, great, and fresh.
