Starbucks - Prescott

I really dislike going to that place. They have a huge issue with giving me extra caramel. I watched the girl prepare my drink, and it ended up being mostly milk with maybe two tablespoons of coffee. I'm done with them; no more visits and no more terrible customer service.

Wonderful customer service. Love pumpkin muffins. Bought a beautiful Christmas coffee cup. Great job on remodel.

Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!

I used to visit this place two or three times a week and consistently received fantastic service along with great coffee. The staff even called me by name and knew my usual order. They were always very friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, since the location has been remodeled and new employees have been brought on board, the customer service has declined significantly. The staff seems more interested in chatting with each other or with other Fry's employees rather than preparing drinks in a timely manner. I've tried to give it another chance at least four or five times since the changes, but the situation hasn't improved. It now takes at least 19 minutes or more to get my drink, and they work at a painfully slow pace.

I had the worst customer service experience at Starbucks today, March 7th, around 9 AM. The two ladies working there were not friendly at all. Usually, Starbucks is known for having excellent customer service.
