Marino's Mob Burgers And Ice Cream

After 3 years again tried to hope for a better experience. foods still coarse and workers lacked training. the first server always said I don't know what I do, it's my first day" and appeared extremely frustrated. then we saw her from the doorstep and through her car, which was parked at the front and take a hit from a vape. then a second hired person said behind the counter that it was her 10th day and did not know how to extract an article that we did not order. both were very nice girls and did their best, but simply did not work out. the place has a great thema and ambiente, but food quality and service overshadowed it.

Nightmare. My son had finished the Whiskey and needed to eat. We waited one solid hour for our food only to find out the cooks had passed over our order. When it finally arrived my sons “chicken strips” were actually the Dino nuggets you get at Walmart. Never again.

Visited here for my birthday dinner with friends. Waited 30-45 minutes for my food and the fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich I ordered was also cold. Friends also complained of cold food and soggy fries. My sandwich was made incorrectly as well. I understand that we were in a larger party, but if I am waiting that long and paying the prices I should get food that is at least warm. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Stopped into mob burger for lunch. I got a Chicago dog and fries along with Buffalo cauliflower. The food was so good! Can't wait to go back again.
