Blockhaus - Prerow

We initially reserved a table for three adults and three children at 20.00. we were there at 19.00 and asked if we could sit on a table. the servive said that it was not sensible, because we would have to wait for a std to eat. to ask if we would have to wait for the food at 20.00, this question was negated. in the opposite, it was very fast. So we sat on time 20.00 on the table. we then got after about half a std the appetizer and the food for the kids. after approx. 1 std 30 we asked when the main course would come. we were promised that it would start soon. the kids were also very restless and outside came after us guests, ordered eating and got it in front of us. After 1 std and 45 min we finally canceled the main course. after a conversation with the service line and the question why we are allowed to wait so long, one replied only "why reserve them with children, that is so every year in the restaurant!" there is much no word of apologies, letting down a discount for appetizer, drinks etc. we know from the past that you have to bring time, but that was really the hard one. eating is good as I said, but that alone does not make a good restaurant. our conclusion: "Exchanges urgently the service, then it can be better!"

Table reserved for 6 adults and 4 children from home. instead of as agreed at 17.30 clock at 17.55 clock. the table was already forgiven, we could have a table outside at the mosquitoes. immediately had to order drinks and were cut because to the storm our table should be free again. normal drinks, eat nothing special. you can go, but you don't have to. the rushing out much then because of rain, but we were already very detuned because we felt really compelled to clean it up quickly.

6 people 3 appetizers 6 main dishes we ordered our table for 19:30. the service has told us at the order that we have to enroll at least one hour waiting for the food. that was not a problem for us, we didn't have it in a hurry. After 1:30 hour we were slowly restless, but the appetizers finally came. after 2 hours we talked the service to a depreciation of the house. we have been very rudely pointed out by her that it cannot be asked to do so as hospitable. everything is freshly prepared, the kitchen would be small and she would have told us at the beginning that it can take longer. after 2:15 we could finally eat, the food was fresh and good, but our laune in the cellar. we will never visit this locally.

After a detour to the emergency harbour we stopped here to warm up and eat something. said the restaurant was well visited but we spontaneously got a small table for us and a small corner for the dog, directly to the toilets, ergat. the menu was a nice mix of homemade fresh (at least in the menu!) so everyone finds something. we had ordered ourselves a meat and a fish dish which also came quite quickly. both dishes were also quite delicious to the even green tk broccoli (whether fresher on the ate was just off?). Conclusion: rustic cottage with passable eat unfortunately nothing stands off except for the house!

Although we had already reserved a table for 3 months in advance, we received the catzentisch right in front of the toilet. Unfortunately we missed leaving the restaurant immediately - until then we thought such tables are only in bad films. Moreover, the service power has unfortunately been very unprofessional. it would be recommended to the gastronome not to occupy this table at all. Eating was ok, but sometimes already cold and not particularly appealing. I guess this is the price.
