Contribuiți la feedbackWe stayed in the summer, with the friend and colleagues with the excuse or for the fact that the specialty of Marione, this the name of the owner, is the Mora romagnola, whose meat is a real specialty cooked in the grill. Mora is a type of pig, so called for the dark mantle from which you can extract a meat with a more intense flavor than the classic pig with a rose mantle. Very good meat, even the crushed meat on the pan. The serrata has flown away and at the end a finesse, the pepper grappa, also a specialty to taste drop per drop...because if you drink at the drop ... then the stomach replenishes...
I'm not in the place, so my judgment is impartial and disinterested. Let's book with friends for a weekend break. The place is true, not facade, as all the farms should be. The building is located at the foot of a beautiful hill and is immersed in the nature of a beautiful Romagna. The welcome is snappy and warm. You sit inside the dining room of a house, in the company of a wonderful cook that cooks next to you. You seem to stay at home, pampered and wrapped with genuine informality but very great warmth and attention to the guest. The products are natural (the farm has on the back real farm of pigs!!!, with wonderful taste and the portions are very abundant. I do not want to go into other details because the cuisine offered by Marione is absolutely proven. Simply....FORMABLE!! !
The heat and especially the food... All homemade meats cheese meats.... Mascarpone as sweet??? SHOW!!!! !
We were eating at Marione in 12. We ate a first of really good spider noodles made.. very good! As a second grilled brunette and various contours..also these really excellent. All in large quantities at a great price!! Beautiful evening, in tranquility... all very kind. I can only recommend it!! Surely I will return!
